F.lli Maragna operates in the transport sector, where heavy vehicles contribute 25% of total CO2 emissions. In order to reduce emissions of this greenhouse gas, our company is as committed as possible to updating its fleet in order to have vehicles with environmental class Euro 6 and higher, certainly less polluting.
Another solution that is constantly being implemented is route optimization: this technique is based on an intelligent calculation of the route of heavy vehicles that allows for the creation of routes and optimization of the delivery round. By following this system, the fleet vehicles are used efficiently, consume less and therefore emit less CO2 into the environment.
La grande novità che la nostra azienda ha introdotto dal 2024 è l’impiego esclusivo di carburante HVO per i mezzi idonei al suo utilizzo. Questo permetterà una riduzione fino al 90% delle emissioni di CO2.
Inoltre, questo carburante prodotto sinteticamente ha una combustione più pulita, dove l’emissione di particelle dannose si riduce del 20%. Sul fronte dell’efficienza, avendo un potere calorifero superiore rispetto al diesel convenzionale comporta una maggiore autonomia dei veicoli e una riduzione dei consumi.
